We also completed a development at the beautiful Forest Gate Business Park in Ringwood, which was finished in Q3 of 2018.

We designed a bespoke, contemporary 14,600 square foot office building, which can be leased as a whole or divided across three floors. This landmark structure offers prime road frontage and features striking glass elements, including frameless balconies on the first and second floors, as well as a roof terrace meeting area with fully retractable conference room walls.

As with all our office developments, the building includes high-end internal features such as full-access raised computer flooring, PIR LED lighting, complete heating and cooling air conditioning, generous parking allocation, and premium flooring and décor.

The development has since been purchased through our joint agents, Goadsby and Nettleship Sawyer.
