Time was of the essence when logistics giant DB Schenker approached us in search of a new UK headquarters.

We designed an 18,000 square foot bespoke facility on our newly acquired Vantage Way site, located within the prestigious Fulcrum Development in Poole, Dorset.

The building features dock-level loading bays, high-quality mezzanine office space, and ample parking allocations.

Our lease negotiations were conducted efficiently, and with the support of our in-house trades teams, the contract and build timeline were expertly managed and completed on schedule.
